From a small Varanasi office to 10,000 families.

Kawach began in 2001 with three people, one shared conviction, and a stack of declined claims. We'd watched our own parents navigate grief and paperwork at the same time — and decided someone had to build the insurer that showed up when it mattered.

A quarter-century on, we're still a small team by industry standards — 50 advisors, doctors, and engineers — but we've built something unusual: an insurer people actually recommend to friends. No call-centre rotations. No fine print. No claims by numbers.
